Four wheelers are a necessity. Families have become nuclear and multiple earning enhances the buying power in every way. Long hours of travelling to work places from homes are more a rule than an exception. Car has become a second home that needs to be protected against contingencies. Distance traveled ever day, condition of the four-wheeler and the virtues of the driver should carry more weight than anything else. Rates should be correlated to risks involved and the rest are secondary failing which rename car insurance as car(e)-less insurance.
